LEI Activity taking time

Hi Sam,
In LEI to process 72000 documents its taking 4hrs 30 minuts where in Replic Action tool by CASAHL its taking only 11 minutes to process same no. of documents.
Query used in this is not too much complex else it should take time in Replic Action tool as well.
We are using ORACLE as Backend . Couldn't say if transfer occurs on LAN or WAN , need to check with Admin team.
